PURCHASE AGREEMENT: All successful bidders will be required to enter into a Purchase Agreement at the auction site immediately following the close of the auction. All final bid prices are subject to the sellers’ acceptance or rejection.
DEED(S): The Owner(s) shall provide Corporate Warranty Deed(s) conveying title to the property at closing.
CLOSING: The balance of the purchase price is due from the successful bidder(s) at closing which will take place within 30 days of the presentation of insurable title.
POSSESSION: Possession shall be delivered at closing.
REAL ESTATE TAXES: The real estate taxes will be prorated to the date of closing.
MINERALS: The Owner(s) will convey all mineral rights they currently own.
