Principal Auctioneer / Principal Broker
William B. Wilson, CAI, commonly known as Bill, is
currently a Principal Auctioneer and Principal Broker
with William Wilson Auction & Realty. Holding auctioneer and real estate licenses in
Indiana and Illinois, Mr. Wilson specializes in land
sales and exchanges. |
Mr. Wilson attended Indiana University at Bloomington and has earned the
prestigious Certified Auctioneer’s Institute (CAI)
designation from the National Auctioneers Association.
In 2005, Mr. Wilson was inducted into the Indiana
Auctioneer’s Hall of Fame. The highest honor given to
Auctioneers in Indiana, Wilson is among an elite class
of Indiana Auctioneers, in the nation’s largest
association of Auctioneers.
In addition to land sales and exchanges, he has a
concentration in Appraisals, representing numerous
clients in common valuation scenarios such as Estates,
Divorce, and Bankruptcy. His focus market is in
Southwestern Indiana, and Southeastern Illinois. Clients
include families, professionals, and major institutions.
Mr. Wilson is active in the community, having served
on various boards on the local and state level.
Currently, he is a member of the Indiana Auctioneers
Association Hall of Fame Board; acting Trustee of the
Workingmen’s Institute; and a member of the University
of Southern Indiana Varsity Club Board of Directors.
He currently resides in New Harmony, Indiana with his
wife, Pat.

Andrew W. Wilson, CAI, CES
Principal Auctioneer / Principal Broker Associate

Andrew W. Wilson, CAI, CES, is currently a Principal Auctioneer and Real Estate Broker Associate with William Wilson Auction & Realty, Inc, a 25 year old, second generation family business with offices in New Harmony and Evansville Indiana.
Holding auctioneer and real estate licenses in Indiana and Illinois, Mr. Wilson specializes in estate management, assisting with complete solutions during the estate settlement process. Mr. Wilson has earned the prestigious designation of Certified Auctioneers Institute and also holds the Certified Estate Specialist (CES) designation from the National Auctioneers Association. Clients include families, professionals, and major institutions.
In addition to estate management, he has a concentration in residential and vacant land real estate auction, representing clients on both the purchase and sales sides of the real estate transaction. Mr. Wilson also has a concentration as a fundraising auction consultant and auctioneer, assisting local and national organizations with their fundraising needs.
Other ventures include Blooming Green Development, a real estate development partnership concentrating on acquisition and renovation of dilapidated properties; New Harmony Vision, a four member real estate development group focused on neo-traditional housing concepts in New Harmony, Indiana; and The New Harmony Golf Car Company, a two member golf car rental company with focus on servicing tourism and corporate transportation needs.
Mr. Wilson is active in the community, having served on various boards on the local and state level. Currently, he is member of the Indiana Auctioneers Association Board of Directors; a member of the Board of University of Southern Indiana/ New Harmony Foundation; President of the New Harmony School Foundation; a member of the Board of Directors of the Posey County Economic Development Partnership; a member of the Board of Trustees of the Posey County Community Foundation; a member of the Workingmen’s Institute; and a member of the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of Southwestern Indiana.
Mr. Wilson holds a degree of Business Entrepreneurship from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington.
He currently resides in New Harmony, Indiana with his wife, Amanda, and enjoys cycling/triathlons and spending time with his wife and 5-year old Black Lab, Bailey.

Aaron P. Wilson, CES, is currently a Principal Auctioneer and Real Estate Broker Associate with William Wilson Auction & Realty.
Holding auctioneer and real estate licenses in Indiana, Mr. Wilson specializes in estate settlement. Mr. Wilson has earned the prestigious Certified Estate Specialist (CES) designation from the National Auctioneers Association. Clients include families, professionals, and major institutions.

Mr. Wilson is active in the community and in professional associations, serving on the Board of Directors of the Indiana Auctioneers Association, the Board of Directors of United Way in Posey County, the executive board of Young Evansville Professionals, and the Legal Aid Society of Evansville.
Mr. Wilson attended Indiana University at Bloomington.
He currently resides in Posey County, Indiana with his wife, Jenna and son Miles.

Diana L. Mathews
Diana has been a member of the William Wilson Auction &
Realty team since 1988, serving as auction clerk,
cashier, and office manager. Diana also holds an Indiana
Real Estate Salesperson license, assisting clients with
buying and selling real estate; as well as managing and
coordinating the many real estate transactions conducted
by the firm.

Debra has been a member of the William Wilson Auction & Realty team since 2008, serving as auction clerk, cashier, and administrative assistant. Debra also administers and coordinates the many appraisals and auction transactions conducted by the firm.
