Andrew W. Wilson, CAI, CES, is currently President and a Principal Auctioneer/ Real Estate Broker with William Wilson Auction & Realty, Inc, a 35+ year, second generation family business with offices in New Harmony and Evansville Indiana.
Holding auctioneer and real estate licenses in Indiana and Illinois, Andrew specializes in the company’s real estate segments. He has earned the prestigious designation of Certified Auctioneers Institute and also holds the Certified Estate Specialist (CES) designation from the National Auctioneers Association. Clients include families, professionals, and major institutions.
Andrew also has a concentration in the company's estate management and transitional asset client segments. Andrew assists many local and national organizations with their fundraising needs.
Andrew is active in the community, having served on various boards on the local and state level. Currently, he is a member of the Historic New Harmony Advisory Board; Posey County Leader for the Riley Children’s Foundation; a member of the Board of Directors of the Indiana Auctioneers Association Foundation; a member of the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of Southwestern Indiana; a member of the Board of Directors of the Posey County Economic Development Partnership. In 2020, Andrew was reappointed by Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb to the Ivy Tech State Board of Trustees for a 3-year term.
Andrew has been recognized for his business and civic leadership, including a 2007 Governor’s Award for Tomorrow’s Leaders, one of the Evansville Business Journal’s “20 Under 40” in 2011, and Southwest Indiana Chamber’s first “Young Professional of the Year” in 2017. He led the statewide Indiana Auctioneers Association as President in 2012. He lead the Posey County Economic Development Partnership from 2017-2019, having served as Vice President from 2011-2017. He also has previously served as President of the Posey County Community Foundation, and as a member of the Evansville Museum Board of Trustees.
Andrew holds a degree of Business Entrepreneurship from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington.
He currently resides in his hometown of New Harmony, Indiana with his wife, Amanda, and daughters Arianna and Alana, and enjoys being outdoors, everything New Harmony, and spending time with his family.

William B. Wilson, CAI, known as Bill, is the founder of William Wilson Auction Realty. Holding auctioneer and real estate licenses in Indiana and Illinois, Bill is involved in property exchanges and brokerage deals.
Bill attended Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana and has earned the prestigious Certified Auctioneer’s Institute (CAI) designation from the National Auctioneers Association. In 2005, Bill was inducted into the Indiana Auctioneer’s Hall of Fame—the highest honor given to Auctioneers in Indiana. Wilson is among an elite class of Indiana Auctioneers and is part of the nation’s largest association of Auctioneers.
In addition to land sales and exchanges, he has a concentration in Appraisals, representing numerous clients in common valuation scenarios such as Estates, Divorce, and Bankruptcy. His focus market is in Southwestern Indiana, and Southeastern Illinois. Clients include families, professionals, and major institutions.
Bill is active in the community, having served on various boards on the local and state level. Currently, he is a member of the Indiana Auctioneers Association Hall of Fame Board, Rotary Club of Evansville, and the University of Southern Indiana Varsity Club Board of Directors.

Hobart Scales joined the company in 2015 as an Auctioneer and Auction Coordinator and is now the Director of Operations. Working out of our firm's Evansville office, he assists with the company's diverse portfolio of business services for our clients. He is a 2015 graduate of The Reppert School of Auctioneering and specializes in online only personal property, heavy equipment, government surplus, industrial inventory, and residential real estate auctions.
Hobart is active in the community and volunteers for several non-profit organizations - currently serving as a Board Member for the Saint Wendel Catholic School, a member of the Schools and Government Affairs Committee for Youth First, and as a member of the Rotary Club of Evansville's Financial Investments Committee.
He has a degree in Political Science from Indiana State University with an extensive background in sales and government affairs and has owned and partnered in several small businesses.
Hobart resides in St. Wendel with his wife, Jamie, their two daughters, Mabel and Amelia, and son, Henry.

Scott Smith joined the Wilson team in 2011. He holds an auctioneer’s license and is a 2011 graduate of The Reppert School of Auctioneering. As a third-generation collector of antiques and collectibles, Scott assists with coordinating and cataloging auctions. He works with many of the firm’s consignment and estate clients and specializes in helping clients discern items of collectability and value.
Scott has a bachelor's degree in Special Education from Ball State University and a master's degree in Special Education from Indiana University (IUPUI). After teaching special education for 40 years, he retired in 2020 and now is able to devote more time to his auctioneering career.
Scott lives on the westside of Evansville with his wife, Joannie. Besides collecting antiques, Scott enjoys spending time with family, traveling and volunteering with church and service organizations.
Rob joined the Wilson team in 2018 and holds an Auctioneer license with a focus on agricultural real estate. Rob assists with auction activities conducted by the firm.

Liz Baize is currently the Office Administrator and a Real Estate Broker with Wilson Auction & Realty. Working primarily at the New Harmony office, she manages diverse administrative tasks while maintaining consistent contact with various clients.
Previously Liz owned and managed a construction company for over 10 years, working in every aspect of the business. She also has been investing in and renovating distressed real estate since 2005. This experience has been particularly beneficial to her clients as a Real Estate Broker.
As a Broker, Liz has a deep understanding of local market dynamics and trends, she excels in pricing properties competitively, marketing them effectively, and negotiating favorable terms for her clients. She is known for her exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships, ensuring a seamless experience from listing to closing.
Prior to these ventures, Liz owned and ran a licensed family childcare where she tended to over 10 years of New Harmony's future generations.
In 2006 Liz graduated from Ivy Tech earning a Business Degree with a specialty in management.
Liz currently lives in New Harmony, where she purchased the first house Andrew Wilson sold as a Real Estate Broker.

Tom Dutkiewicz joined the Wilson team in 2024 and brings decades of experience in client and project management, including oversight of large-scale printing and mailing initiatives. His background in managing complex projects and delivering client-focused solutions provides a strong foundation for guiding clients through real estate and auction transactions.
Tom has been a licensed Indiana Real Estate Broker since 2024, assisting buyers and sellers with residential real estate throughout Posey County and the surrounding areas. He further expanded his professional expertise by graduating from The Reppert School of Auctioneering in 2025 and becoming a licensed Auctioneer in early 2026. This combined skill set allows Tom to effectively support clients through both traditional listings and auction-based sales, with a strong emphasis on organization, transparency, and execution.
Deeply invested in the Mount Vernon community, Tom has served for several years on the Mount Vernon High School football booster club board (POPS) and has been an active member of the M-Club. In 2026, he was named President of the M-Club, where he continues to support Wildcats student-athletes and athletic programs at Mount Vernon High School.
Tom resides in Mount Vernon with his wife, Kristen. Together, they have three sons and one grandson. Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Georganne joined the Wilson team in 2018 serving as an appraisal administrator, coordinating the firm’s extensive appraisal practice. Georganne brings many years of compliance administration experience to the firm.
