Betting on ourselves paid off in a big way. While many businesses were forced to shut down operations in 2020, the Wilson team continuously found ways to adapt and make ourselves available to clients. With a collective team effort, we ended the year with record numbers, having helped more families, completed more transactions, and even adding in some new technologies along the way.
Being already positioned to conduct online auctions was a huge plus for us as we adapted to the new normal. While many businesses in our industry struggled, we were able to quickly pivot and maintain, or actually grow, value for our clients. These online services, combined with video meetings, digital marketing, and safety precautions, allowed us to continue serving the residents of southern Indiana and surrounding communities. Together we were able to thrive throughout the pandemic and carry that momentum into the current year.
