When you’ve been in business as long as our family, there are years you remember and there are the years that you remember. In other words, you remember them all.

Each year seems like a record year for varying reasons, because each year a certain milestone is sighted and achieved. We have had the fortune of growing each year in certain ways for as long as we’ve been in business. Some years our growth has been incremental – other years exponential.

The year 2021 will go down as a record year in the Wilson archives, and like other years for reasons more than just the numbers.

In 2021 we are most proud of the great strides we have made in The Wilson Way. The way in which we serve our clients, customers, and community. Our Wilson Team has emerged from a global pandemic with an intentional desire to serve more clients in even more meaningful ways. 

As for those milestones, specifically:

• In the month of March, we outlined a client process map detailing more than 300-steps in achieving a world-class outcome for each of our clients.

• In the month of August, we offered and sold more than 2,000 acres of land throughout the region in four different auction events.

• In the month of September, we acquired a building that will soon become our corporate headquarters (stay tuned for the exciting announcement).

• In the month of November, we conducted one of the largest single estate auctions in our history. 

As for the numbers, 2021 will show:

1. We have sold more than $18-million in real estate across 10-counties in two states.

2. We have sold more than $500,000 in personal property assets for clients and families

3. We have appraised more the $41-million in assets of all types

4. And we have helped raise more than $500,000 for local and regional charities

As we look forward to 2022, we are excited about the opportunities the advancements we have made in 2021 will provide to our diverse and growing service offerings -- along with the expanding geographies we are serving – as we continue to expand the Wilson Way.
